Out with the old, in with the new! Rustic recycled fabric in Panama weave, woven from two different colored yarns.
This fabric is made from recycled and conventional cotton. The recycled cotton fibers for this fabric come from discarded clothing. The fibers are obtained using a modern recycling process. The clothing is shredded into its fibers and cleaned. New yarns are dyed and spun from these fibers, which are then woven into this soft fabric. Since clothing nowadays often contains synthetic fibers, our fabrics made from recycled clothing may also contain a small proportion of synthetic fibers.
This natural fabric is certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The finishing is natural, using a purely mechanical process.
The item Recycled Panama is part of the Naturals collection. A great selection of natural fiber fabrics with elegantly woven designs and plain colors that can be wonderfully combined. This fabric is suitable for clothing, upholstery work, curtains, and decorations such as cushions.

For many of our fabrics, due to their special textile finish, cleaning with a brush or a damp cloth is sufficient. Regular airing can also be a suitable way to refresh them, depending on their use.
When cleaning in a washing machine, please note the temperature specified in the respective item description. We recommend washing the fabric on a gentle cycle and at the lowest possible spin speed.
We recommend not tumble drying the fabrics. This can help preserve the material properties and appearance of the fabric.
